本研究以來台之東南亞外籍勞工擔任家庭看護工。來台的外籍家庭看護工
都有自己獨特的背景與文化,跟台灣文化不一樣。因此,他們必須適應其新的
工作環境和社會。這項研究預計能了解哪些因素影響外籍看護工適應其在台灣
的工作環境,並希望其結果可能幫助外國的政府和台灣雇主更快地幫助工人適
應與順利工作。
這項研究包括來自印尼,越南和菲律賓的外籍看護工,並使用調查方法。
樣本設計成一對雇主與員工之間,他們每個人會得到一份問卷,並透過外籍看
護工在台南、高雄、台中、台北的仲介公司發放。最初使用描述性統計和迴歸
分析。
這項研究的結果被滿足當研究目的發現一些因素影響了外籍看護工的工作
績效。本研究透露,影響外籍看護工的因素可以從他們來台灣之前去了解,其
次是外籍看護工與雇主所使用的組織社會化過程。
Abstract
This research take up Southeast foreign worker that came to Taiwan to work
in Taiwanese families as caretaker. Foreign caretakers that come to Taiwan have their
own unique background and different culture with the culture that exist in Taiwan.
Therefore, they have to adapt and socialize with their new working environment. This
research was expected to know what factors influence foreign caretakers adaption in
their working environment in Taiwan and hope the result may help foreign caretaker
and Taiwan employer to help workers adaptation faster and smoothly
The research included foreign caretakers from Indonesia, Vietnam and
Philippine and was done by using the survey method. The sample was designed into a
pair between an employer and an employee, each of them will get a questionnaire that
distributed through foreign caretakers agency in Tainan, Kaohsiung, Taizhong and
Taipei. Initially the descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used.
The result of this research was satisfied the purpose of the study when it found
some factors had influenced on foreign caretakers job performance. This research has
revealed that the factors that affect foreign caretakers socialization in Taiwan can be
examined start from before they come to Taiwan, followed by socializations process
that used by foreign caretakers and their Taiwanese employees.
