本研究以德布西於一八九Ｏ年創作的鋼琴曲《貝加馬斯克組曲》(Suite Bergamasque)為例，探究德布西鋼琴音樂的風格特色。論文的結構與論述分為三個章節：第一章為德布西與時代背景，探討德布西的生平、歐洲象徵主義、印象主義的源起與發展。第二章為德布西的創作風格，除了縱觀德布西的音樂風格之外，還探討印象主義與象徵主義對德布西創作風格的影響。第三章為本研究的焦點，以德布西的《貝加馬斯克組曲》為例，透過曲式、和聲、調性等的分析，探究德布西鋼琴音樂的風格特色。

This study is an extension of the author’s lecture recital which focuses on the piano solo work “Suite Bergamasque” consisting of the "Prelude," "Minuet," "Clair de Lune," and "Passepied" four pieces. The structure of the thesis includes three chapters.

The first chapter presents the life of the composer briefly but paying more attention to the content of the Symbolism and the Impressionism, both of which closely related to the development of the musical style of the composer.

The second chapter focuses on the music compositional style of C. Debussy discussing the characteristics of his three different style periods, the influence of Symbolism and Impressionism on his music composition, and his influential and representative works.

The third chapter presents the music analysis of the four pieces in this piano suite. Other than careful study of the music elements in each piece, the author leads the analysis toward the uniqueness of the composer’s compositional style which makes him one of the most influential twentieth century classical music composers. This thesis has deepened the author’s understanding of the work studied beyond the performance of it’s music and used it as an example to enrich the literature of the research related to C. Debussy’s piano music.
