  • Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of moral leadership behavior on affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, and turnover intention, furthermore the mediating effects of work engagement in these impacts.
    I collected valid data from 263 dyads of employees and their direct leader, and used SPSS for hierarchical regression analysis. The results are as follow:
    1.Supervisor’s moral leadership does have a positive effect on subordinator’s affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior.
    2.The influence of supervisor’s moral leadership on subordinator’s affective commitment does have a mediating effects from subordinator’s work engagement.
