中文摘要
從民國七十六年開始,我國流通業便迅速擴增,估計平均一年增加一萬家左右,相對銷售點密集與龐大,需求複雜而多樣,物流量也隨之激增。許多廠商除致力於製造成本的控制,更察覺到物流成本的節省,亦可壓低售價、提高競爭力。在激烈的競爭環境下,業者們該如何才能屹立不搖甚至是成長茁壯呢?要能脫潁而出,靠的不光只是差異化所提供的服務,更重要的是提供物超所值的價格,如何有效地在每個環節降低成本以達效率最大,是業者持續努力的方向,但是隨者台灣社會勞工意識的抬頭,企業對勞工投入的人事成本是有增無減,業者想降低人事成本不成,還得與同業進行價格競爭,利潤率往往被壓縮到很低。不過近年來台灣的人力派遣業卻也漸漸地發展起來,雖然政府相關的立法工作還趕不上人力派遣業的發展,但已有需多產業開始與人力派遣業者接觸,物流業在如此艱苦的競爭環境之下,許多業者自然也開始與人力派遣公司合作。研究者觀察到此種現象,便想對台灣物流業使用人力派遣制度之現象做研究,藉著分析物流產業特性、與業者進行深度訪談及整理人力派遣相關理論後,想了解物流業業者對本身核心競爭力的看法;使用或試用人力派遣制度的原因或動機;物流活動許多功能中,何者適合使用人力派遣制度;物流業者如何評估合適之人力派遣公司;物流業使用人力派遣制度可能面臨哪些挑戰;最後找出物流業者成功使用人力派遣制度之條件,並且歸納出對業者的建議。
