本研究主要以提供SEO技術之個案公司為分析個案，依據資源基礎理論為基礎，以質性研究之資料分析法,探討在電子商務經營實務現象中,最佳化搜尋引擎技術之優劣影響個案公司產生之企業核心競爭力影響程度及對於SEO影響程度。
本研究結論如下
一、網路搜尋引擎之產業現況---
當今網路搜尋引擎之產業現況，入口網站主要以Google、Yahoo及百度入口網站，搜尋引擎業務市佔率則以Google為主。

二、搜尋引擎優化之文獻分析，提出影響搜尋產業公司的核心競爭力，主要競爭準則有三項。
(1) 掌握當今大型網際網路入口網站或者社群網站最大流量資訊搜尋引擎邏能力
(2) 關鍵字搜尋及排名前面的專業核心技術能力
(3) 擁有解決當今企業電子行銷困境能力的公司

三、個案以資源基礎理論觀點下，擬定最佳策略模式即是深化SEO技術導向，並且依據企業競爭優勢準則及貢獻，針對策略缺口分析，提出在變動經營環境中不斷因應之道。

This research aimed on case study which was provided by SEO industry A company, based-on resource-based view .

Qualitative research to explore the SEO industry of E-commerce and SEO technology development , furthermore evaluate the advantages and disadvantage of SEO core competitive criteria and core competency.

1. Current status of the Internet search engine industry are attach most important
to Goole,Yahoo and Baidu portal website.
2. Effects on search company competitive core competency criteria which concluded by 3 points
3. The company which can develop and control current portal website of search
engine logistic ability establish first unique competitive criteria.

We concluded research as following:
1. The company which can develop and own his unique search ranking skill ability superior to peer company.
2. The company is on to know current company facing marketing problem and provide solution to them.
3. Depending on resource-based view, we make a forward point that develop and deepen the technology of optimal search-engine-oriented, and we further to analysis strategy gap , we concluded that company should develop dynamic competitive solution ability.
