自1978年起，中國大陸開始進行改革，歷經30-40年間的改革開放，提昇人民基本物質需求。在社會中，每個人的利益不斷的產生與互動下，人們開始追求下一階段的心理、關懷及個人實現，為了追求公平與安全感，開始產生比較感，逐漸形成慾望。倘若無法有效調節整體利益，自然會追求建立新制度的方式來平衡利益及節制自私。

本文係依文獻調查法、歷史研究法及演繹歸納法，主要針對中國大陸自1978年經濟改革之後，發現一些經濟發展下造成的現象，諸如:貪汙腐敗、人口就業問題、城鄉貧富差距、民眾參與、社會運動、中產階級崛起、社會網絡、第三部門興起與全球化等現象，將會促使社會變遷。國家如何去因應與調節尤甚重要。人民對國家的可期待性與信賴，將決定國家未來發展的走向。

本文發現中國大陸經濟發展面臨瓶頸，法制紀律跟不上財富累積的速度，社會對國家的信賴度下滑；大陸多數社會問題，單由國家力量無法改善，社會新動能及組織的必要參與可以彌補國家服務的不足；大陸政治體制之秩序、代表性及典範未完全建立。本文就發現結果作出建議，期具有參考價值，以作為未來中國新制度建立之參考。而本文研究限制，僅能就中西現有文獻資料，來討論中國大陸社會的演變，尚無法真切了解中國官方真實態度及思維。建議日後研究必需偕同中國官方人員訪問及內部資料進一步研究，方能得知中國大陸國家與社會關係之發展程度。

Since 1978, China has been progressing economic reform. Through 30-40 years economic reform, promoting the basic material needs of people in China；But now, everyone in China `s society begins to compare with each other and desires more to pursuit self-security after ‎private interest and social interest ‎expand due to economic reform. If unable to ‎regulate ‎overall social interests, someone will try to ask the government to build new system and rule to balance and control others.
The paper use the method of document analysis, historical approach and deduction and induction to find China`s economic reform coming into some phenomenons such as corruption, unemployment, ‎urban-rural wealth gap, ‎insufficient public participation, rise of the middle class, building of social network, ‎rise of the third sector, globalization etc. will force China`s society to change. How to balance complex social interests is important for a country to achieve good governance. Because a government can be expected and trusted by people will decide ‎the developmental direction of the state in the future.
The paper find China`s economic development confront difficulty, and the legality can`t follow up the speed of gathering wealth; most of the China`s social problems can`t improve just by China`s government, some new social energy and organization should be essential to participate in to supplement insufficient social services；the order, representative, and paragon of the China`s form of government still don`t build adequately. Hopefully, the proposal from the paper can provide valuably the China to build a new institution and paragon. But the real opinions of the China`s government can`t be realized, the paper just refer to some documents and researches of the China and foreign countries to derive these conclusions. I propose the studies in the future need interview the officials of the China`s government and disclose the China`s official documents to realize the real the development level of China`s country-society relation.
