近幾年全球經濟不景氣，各個國家都在鼓勵創新、創業，希望能透過此方法來 增加就業率及減少失業率。作者透過文獻蒐集及個案研究，希望能從中找尋一定的 邏輯，一方面提供人們從事創業時減輕風險的方法，另外則是提高成功的機率。

一般人對於創業會有莫名的恐懼，因為大家從小接受的教育都是好好讀書，長 大後找份好工作，存錢買房子的建議，並沒有接受過長大後創業的概念，所以在思 想上被教育及環境所侷限，人對於不熟悉的事物很容易產生畏懼，事實上看透了事 情的本質後，創業就沒有想像中可怕。作者聽過一個比喻，創業好比生小孩，你無 法一開始就判斷這個小孩以後會有前途，會孝順，甚至可以健康平安，這些期望都 必須透過你(創業者本身)來給予適當的資源與重視，無論是透過融資，透過合作甚至 自己一個人開業，都是不同的結果，但是都要給予一樣的重視。

本研究以孔子為例，希望透過古代聖人的創業過程，啟發現今中國等各地重視 亞洲文化的朋友，不要一味的模仿西方創業方法，因為東西方創業文化有本質上的 區別，西方習慣花別人的錢，未來的錢；而東方則是花自己的錢及昨天的錢，西方 是理性為主，東方則較重視感性為基礎，孔子身為中國最偉大的聖人，作者希望從 他身上可以找尋東方創業的精神，並且鼓勵大家在現在這個資訊機器為主的時候， 可以回歸人文、道德及文化的思維讓中國式的創業方式，得以重現。

In recent years, the global economic downturn, countries are encouraging innovation, entrepreneurship, hoping through this method to increase the employment rate and reduce unemployment. Research and case studies through literature search, hoping to find certain logic; on the one hand, to provide risk reduction when people engage in entrepreneurial approaches, the other is to improve the chances of success.
Most people have a sense of fear for the entrepreneur, because when we educated in school, find a good job, saving to buy a housing proposal, we did not accept the concept to start up a business, so be mentally education and environmental limitations, after people are not familiar with things very prone to fear, in fact, seen through the nature of things, to start up a business would not really terrible. Of heard a metaphor, entrepreneurs like having children, you do not know this child have a future, will be filial, and even longevity, these expectations must be given adequate resources to you (entrepreneurs itself) and attention, either through financing, through cooperation even own one opening, they are different results, but should be given the same attention.
In this study, take Confucius for example, I hope that through the entrepreneurial process of ancient saints, inspired by the current emphasis on China and other parts of Asia, culture, friends, do not blindly imitate Western approach to entrepreneurship, because the East-West entrepreneurial culture fundamentally different. From Western habit to spend someone else's money, the money is belong the future; the East, on the other hand, is to spend their own money and the money is belong yesterday, the West is mainly rational, more emphasis on the Eastern sensibility based Confucius as China's greatest sage, the author hopes from him can find oriental the spirit of entrepreneurship, and encourage you to present this information machine-based, they can return to the humanities, ethics and culture of thinking so that Chinese-style entrepreneurial way of being reproduced.
