隨著電動車普及化,為了因應大量電動車所帶來的充電需求,電動車充電站的建設是不可或缺的。考慮現今電力網路廣泛布置,未來除了建造快速充電站來提供充電服務外,亦可以在一般停車場或家裡來提供電動車充電。而考慮在不同充電環境的商業模式、用戶充電習慣、充電設施等亦有所不同,因此充電站營運者須思考在各種環境因素的影響下,如何管理充電站並規劃合適的契約容量來提高營運效益。本論文分兩個階段來探討充電站電能管理,第一階段考慮三種不同情境之充電站包含社區停車場、購物中心停車場及快速充電站,合理假設三種情境之電動車充電行為、商業模式及電費成本計算方式,建立三種充電情境之營運模型,並依據充電站特性使用不同的即時性充電策略來進行電能管理,比較不同充電策略之效益。第二階段則以第一階段所建立之三種充電站營運模型為基礎,探討在不同充電站情境及規模下,如何搜尋最佳的契約容量。
Abstract
As the Electric vehicles (EV) became popular, in order to satisfy the energy demand of large quantity of electric vehicles, building the EV charging stations is important. Due to the wide coverage of electric grids nowadays, fast charging stations, parking lots and homes can offer the charging energy for EV. The owner of charging station needs to design an energy management strategy and select a suitable contracted capacity to increase operation benefit. Considering different charging environments of EV, this thesis presents several energy management strategies in two stages. In the first stage, three different locations of charging stations, including community parking lots, shopping mall parking lots and fast charging stations are considered. EV charging behavior, business model, and electricity costs are considered to build operation models. The proposed charging strategies are employed and tested to evaluate their performance and compare their benefits. In the second stage, for the three operation models of charging station studied, optimal contracted capacities are determined based on different assumptions of the charging stations.
