中文摘要
利用[3+2]環合加成反應可以建構出不對稱琥珀醯亞胺，經取代反應得到掌性烯胺化合物後，可進一步建構出一系列帖唑咪酸衍生物的骨架，可應用到許多天然物的全合成研究。
