| Abstract |
Bithiophene and terthiophene derivatives possess interesting antibacterial， antifungal，anticancer, and antiviral properties。In order to explore its structure-activity relationships，our laboratory synthesize a series of thiophene derivatives and compounds with en-yne group。Synthesis and preliminary anticancer activities will be discussed and described in the thesis。 |
