長期演進技術(Long Term Evolution , LTE)為3GPP 所制定的新一代無線行動寬
頻通訊標準,LTE 預計在20MHz 的帶寬下能達到下行100Mbps/上行50Mbps 的高
速傳輸速度。在使用者越來越多的情況之下,無線網路頻寬的需求呈現明顯成長。
因此,如何妥善的運用頻寬資源關係到使用者的服務品質和公平性以及基地台的
效能、資料傳輸量。
本篇論文基於 LTE 的下行動態排程,並考慮到交遞行為這一事件,由於LTE
採取硬式交遞,所以中間會有一段連線中斷的時期,這時如果使用者正在進行即
時性的影音串流傳輸,對原服務基地台的連線中斷將會影響所要求的服務品質。
在有關於資料排程機制的演算法中,較無考慮到交遞行為這一特殊事件,因
此本論文利用一個預先排程機制,在使用者交遞行為發生前將原服務基地台與該
位使用者之間的封包排程機制進行程序上的調整,將較多且較為重要的資料事先
傳送給使用者,幫助使用者渡過連線中斷的時期。
藉由模擬實驗的數據分析,讓使用者能夠透過自己的需求來達到更佳的服務
品質。並且本論文所提出的機制加在一般針對即時影音串流的排程演算法之上,
可以有效改善使用者的吞吐量表現,接收真正重要的資料,避免造成傳輸資源的
浪費,並幫助使用者渡過交遞的過程,達到所要求的服務品質。
