近年來因為經濟環境的劇烈變動,企業的競爭更加激烈,企業聲望已經成為企業一項強力的競爭優勢。然而,做為企業內部重要資產,如何使員工對於企業的聲望與外界評價一致,更為企業所重視。
本研究旨在探討員工知覺外部聲望及員工聲望對工作態度與行為之影響。採用採用問卷調查法收集資料,共計獲得有效樣本24 家企業209份有效企業樣本,回收率為72.1%,有效率為63.3%。
研究結果顯示知覺外部聲望對員工聲望有顯著正向影響,員工聲望對工作態度與行為有顯著正向影響,知覺外部聲望對工作態度與行為有部份顯著正向影響,員工聲望會對知覺外部聲望與工作態度與行為之間產生部份中介效果。本研究並根據研究結果,針對研究之意涵、研究限制與後續研究方向提出建議,做為其他相關研究參考。
Abstract
In recent years, because of the dramatic changes in the economic environment, business reputation is more intense, corporate reputation has become a powerful competitive advantage.
In this study, we try to know the effect between perceived external reputation, employee reputation and work attitude and behavior. We obtained an effective sample of 24 companies with 209 employees. And the recovery rate was 72.1%, the effective rate was 63.3%.
The results show that perceived external reputation has positively influential effect on employees’ reputation. Employees’ reputation has positively influential effect on work attitudes and behaviors. Perceived external reputation has partially positively influential effect on work attitudes and behaviors. And employees’ reputation will partially mediate the positively influential effect of perceived external reputation on work attitudes and behaviors.
Based on above findings, the practical implications, research limitation and
suggestions for future study are addressed.
