流浪狗對全世界一直都是一個很大又無法根至的問題,除了某些國家對於養狗的法規嚴格外,無法隨意的購買與棄養。 台灣流浪狗對於環境的困擾的問題是一天比一天差。台灣的流浪狗遠遠超出許多國家, 台灣是將狗輸出到其他國家的件數名列前茅。找出問題的同時,也不能只是一眛的蓋建流浪收容所這樣是無法解決最根本的問題。這個產業計畫是希望可以整救更多的流浪狗並且給與牠們第二個生命。台灣的流浪狗勝過於許許多多的國家，但是還是有非常多的協會一直在努 力的整救這些流浪狗。 這個計劃也希望有更多的人可以幫助這些狗狗在台灣或外國找到牠們生命的第二個家不再繼續流浪。台灣滿街的流浪狗,救狗人員盡力拯救街上的每隻小狗們，但必竟狗流浪所空間有限，有時必需送出一隻才能再多救一隻。 這項計劃是幫助這些教導這些流浪狗一些基本的技巧、行為，讓這些在收容所的狗可以更快速的找到新的家庭。這個計劃不止如此；還會訓練這些狗狗然後到學校或開放空間去教育更多小朋友生命的意義以及對寵物的尊重與愛惜。
這一份報告中的問卷是對中山的學生，高雄在地人，以及會前往狗狗領養活動的朋友們做的問卷 問卷時間從4月2號2013年到4月30日2013年所做的總計150份有66份有效問卷。 問卷內容尋問他們怎麼對待這些流浪狗的想法，問卷大多女性居多，喜歡幼犬，喜歡有受教育的狗，月薪落在3萬塊

Street dogs is been knowing as a big issues around the world, except some places with the restriction owing a dog. In Taiwan the Street dog’s issues seems getting worse every day. Taiwan seems to have more street dogs than other countries in the world. Taiwan also a top few counties whom export dogs outside of country. In order to not just find out the main reason costing the problem, we also do need to come out the solution for it. Building dog shelters are not the best way to solved street dogs issues. The business trying to focus on is to save more of Taiwan street dogs and give them a second chance to live longer. Taiwan’s streets are full of streets dogs, so people who rescue the dog can only do so much, however lots of association still trying to save as many as possible. Every dog needs a home, this project is also trying to find Taiwanese or oversea people to adopt the dogs in our care. As the shelter space are limited can only take care of a new one if one gets adopted. This project is focus on teaching dog some trick, well behaviors so they could easily be adopted. Before adopted the dogs out, this project is also focus on education on young generation pay respect to animals and dogs.
According to start this business, had surveyed the students in NSYSU, local Kaohsiung City and people who would go to dog adoption events. There are total 66 valuable questionnaires. Make time from April 2th 2013 ~ April 30th 2013. According to the findings of the study of how they seeing streets dogs and how they deal with streets dogs and living in a city full with streets dogs.
The survey is mostly female, love puppies, and trained dogs and salaries is average about 30,000NT per month.
