摘要
現今企業經營環境，一直持續的在變遷。在以往，企業低成本及品質上的管理要求，已成為企業經營的最低必要條件。未來趨勢將更朝向國際化競爭、專業分工、客製化、及彈性快速回應需求發展，故企業所面臨的競爭態勢，將不再是僅強調個別企業的競爭力而已，而是更應強調企業整合供應鏈能力，以更優勢的整合性供應鏈，面對供應鏈對供應鏈的競爭態勢。

有鑑於此，國際間各產業領導企業，正積極投注更多的資源於企業整體供應鏈的建構，而掀起一股企業資源規劃(ERP)及引進供應鏈管理(SCM)的熱潮。國內許多企業亦遭受來自客戶的壓力，或自主性因應工作任務面或環境面的需要，而陸續引進供應鏈管理相關系統。尤其是我國高科技電子產業，整個產業供應鏈內多家企業，已在數年前率先引進相關系統，並獲致相當的效益。惟對供應鏈管理相關系統之引進，因其較著重在企業整體綜效的發揮，及企業上、中、下游的供應鏈整合關係，應與以往其它資訊系統引進之相關分析有所差異。且國外引進之個案經驗其各項條件又與國內所處環境差異相當大。再者，現今市面上供應鏈管理相關系統供應商所提供的解決方案，其價格成本，使用複雜度及適合產業應用性，差異相當的大，而引進該系統對企業所需投注的資源相當的多，及其影響效益又是相當的深遠。

本研究企圖以國內高科技電子產業，分佈在產業鏈之上、中、下游六個代表個案企業，進行個案實證研究。藉由對個案企業其產業環境面，工作任務面，及資訊科技應用面之探討方式。針對企業引進供應鏈管理系統，在採用階段之採用影響因素探討；暨在系統引進應用階段，探討企業面對的管理問題與挑戰機會，引進的管理策略與導入作法，及其產生的效益作一個分析整理。另外，本研究試圖建構企業引進供應鏈管理在採用及應用二階段之分析模式，其主要組成元件共包含四個部份；分別為(1)影響構面、(2)供應鏈組態、(3)供應鏈應用、(4)供應鏈流程整合效益。可提供給個別企業在引進之採用及應用二階段，對企業環境面，工作任務面，及資訊科技應用面之分析探討架構。

另本研究驗證推導出十七項研究命題，並經由推論指出，企業在引進供應鏈管理採用階段，五項重要影響因素特性，包含有資訊科技之相關優勢性、工作任務之多樣性及不確定性、企業環境之集中/分散性與跨組織相依性。在引進供應鏈管理應用階段，推論指出二種不同供應鏈組態類型，在供應鏈管理策略應用、採用之供應鏈管理系統導入、及產生供應鏈流程整合效益之差異。並提出對先進生產規劃排程系統之採用影響因素及重要性衡量指標建議。
