中文摘要
經濟的成長,一直是經濟學家所重視且持續不斷研究的課題。然從1980年代中期內生成長理論興起後,人力資本成為影響經濟成長的重要因素之一,由於人力資本觀念的開創,使得經濟成長理論有了很大的發展空間;而本文主要研究之目的,在於探討人力資本對於中國大陸經濟成長之影響。
本文模型架構,採用新古典成長模型的基本形式,並加入知識或技術的創新因子,同時再加上人力資本存量的基本假設,最後並納入Lucas(1988)的人力資本內生成長模型,藉以探討影響中國大陸經濟成長的因素。
在計量方法的運用上,是以追蹤資料(panel data)分析法來探討人力資本是否可以用來解釋中國大陸長期的經濟成長。實證結果顯示,人力資本對於中國大陸的經濟成長的確有正面之關係,也充分支持內生成長理論對於人力資本影響經濟成長的看法;同時我們亦發現,人口成長確實不利於中國大陸的經濟成長;然不論從理論或實證上所獲得的答案,均是一致且可靠的。除此之外,本文最後也對於中國大陸在經濟的發展上,如何才能「縮小省、市間的所得差距」,以及持續保有「既穩定又高度的經濟成長率」等問題,提出具體之建議。
