摘 要
人權觀念的開啟與受重視,不但在政治產生巨變,就是在醫界裡它也使醫病關係產生了變化,面對新時代,醫生不但必須不斷求進步使醫術精深,而且還要懂得如何去使病人感到親切與關懷,因為現在的醫病關係不再是師生、父子,而是同事的關係,兩者站在平行線上,因此只有在醫生敬重病人,病人信任醫生的情況下,才不會有擾人的醫療糾紛。
本研究的目的在探討組織倫理氣候、醫學倫理原則、醫療行為外顯表現的相關性,期望能從此結構中有所發現,進而由經營者的政策面去落實,來減少醫療糾紛的發生。
本研究利用問卷調查主要的發現如下:
一 醫護人員愈重視切勿傷害、利益病患、病人自主等醫學倫理原則,則會展現出較佳的醫療行為外顯表現。
二 醫護人員愈重視公平正義的醫學倫理原則,則較不發生違背公義的醫療行為。
三 醫院愈重視專業氣候、關懷氣候、規則氣候,則會展現出較佳的醫療行為外顯表現。
四 醫院功利氣候愈明顯,則較會發生違背公義的醫療行為。
五 醫生與護理師比其他技術員、行政人員、營養師等人員,感受到較低關懷倫理氣候。
六 醫院經營以專業氣候與規則氣候程度最高,而關懷氣候與功利氣候程度較低。
七 服務年資愈深者,較會展現出專業與規則的倫理氣候,年齡愈長著亦較會展現出規則的倫理氣候。
八 醫療行為外顯表現以侵犯自主的程度最為嚴重。
九 大學程度之醫護人員比專科程度之醫護人員,感受到較低專業 倫理氣候。
Abstract
Astract
The purpose of the research aims at exlporing the relationship of organizational ethical climate, the principles of medical ethic and the performances of medical behavior and hope to get some findings that will benefit the managers and decresae the medical disputes.
The major findings are summarized as follows:

1. The more health care workers pay attention to the principles of medical ethic of nonmaleficence、autonomy and beneficence, the better the performances of medical behavior are.
2. The more health care workers emphasize the importance of the principle of medical ethic of justice, the less the breakout of injustice.
3. The more hospitals put emphasis on the importance of climates of law and code、caring、rules, the better the performances of medical behavior are
4. While Instrumental climate is obvious, the outbreak of the injustice is easier.
5. Compared with others technicians, administrants, and nutritionists, doctors and nurses feel less the climate of caring.
6. The higher the climates of law and code、rules that hospital managers conducted are, the lower the climates of caring and instrumental are.
7. Those who are seniors show the climates of law and code、rules more, while those who are older also show the climate of the rules..
8. The invasion of autonomy in the climate of performances of medical behavior is the most serious.
9. Those health care workers with a bachelor’s degree feel less the climate of law and code.
