每天有無數會議在世界各地舉行,傳統會議利用紙本紀錄資料,將與會者召 集於特定場域,以面對面的形式進行。傳統會議的主要問題有幾點,首先是非必 要資源的耗費,如繁瑣的準備工作與大量一次性使用之紙本,其次是缺乏空間彈 性,會議場所通常侷限在封閉會議室,最後是低落的會議品質與效率,尤其當會 議規模擴大,會中訊息接收的精確性與議程流暢性將受到考驗。 本論文透過代表性產品之比較,探討系統發展趨勢並評估各產品之改善空 間,進而提出一套系統架構,結合無紙化、BYOD、無線網路、雲端運算等現代 會議趨勢。我們將功能切割成三塊模組,分別是雲端管理模組、多方互動模組與 影音串流模組。雲端管理模組將系統與 Google 雲端資源整合,多方互動模組處 理與會者間的即時互動事件,影音串流模組提供不同場景下之串流服務,透過模 組間的合作,本論文建構出一個雲端會議平台,召開具有彈性空間與規模的即時 會議。 |
Abstract |
There are innumerable conferences held around the world every day, traditional conference relies on paper, attendees talk to each other face to face in the closed meeting room. There are several main problems of traditional conference, including cumbersome of preparation work, waste of resource, lack of space flexibility, low quality and inefficient. Based on the survey of existing systems, we proposed a paperless conference system that combines several trends of modern conference such as paperless, BYOD, wireless network and cloud computing. The system architecture is divided into three modules: cloud management module, multi-party interactive module and video streaming module. Cloud management module integrates Google cloud resources into the system; Multi-party interactive module is responsible for real-time interaction among attendees; Video streaming module provides one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many streaming services. Under the practical evaluation, the proposed system can meet the most requirements of the cloud based paperless conference. |
