本篇論文是介紹兩種新的互補碼,名為I/Q Columnwise Complementary Code(IQCCC)以及Single Carrier I/Q Complementary Code(SCIQCC),與之前的互補碼最大的不同點在於使用QPSK調變傳輸,並使用QPSK的特性來達到完美的正交互補性以及其他系統上的突破。

在論文的第二章會詳細介紹I/Q Columnwise Complementary Code(IQCCC)的產生以及完美互補性的証明。在第三章則是透過通道效應分析I/Q Columnwise Complementary Code(IQCCC)的時消以及頻消,也就是對於多路徑干擾下以及杜普勒效應嚴重的情況下有何幫助,並配合不同的IQCCC的選取來適應不同環境下的干擾。最後,在第四章會提出另一個新的碼組,叫做是Single Carrier I/Q Complementary Code(SCIQCC),這是在第三章的討論中,發現只使用一個子載波就能達到完美的正交互補性,在第四章則會詳細的寫出SCIQCC該如何產生,以及證明SCIQCC的完美正交互補性,以及舉出PG值由4~512的SQICC的實際例子。最後於附錄B中將IQCCC的碼組由PG值8~512詳細列出。
