中文摘要
近年來,環境惡化已成為全人類最關切的議題之一,隨著環境保護與永續發展的意識提高,產品引發的環境衝擊議題更是受到重視,企業也必須藉由快速進行綠化以取得競爭優勢。企業除進行綠色創新的環保措施以回應環境外,更應積極改變企業員工對環保的態度與價值觀與行為模式等組織文化,將綠色企業永續願景傳達給員工,使員工將此一綠色思維,融入日常生活與企業營運中,企業才能永續發展與維持競爭優勢。
過去的觀念是節能減碳、少用能源,目前已演進至思考搶先一步掌握世界趨勢,生產對環境有益又可創造無限商機的綠色商品,只要企業將此觀念融入企業文化,更積極跨入綠色商品領域創造競爭優勢,企業不僅會有更多籌碼,也會搶得更多商機。但企業若只是順意環保法規的要求,改變製造流程與產品設計,並不是真正的綠色公司,唯有將綠色組織文化導入公司文化,落實於員工日常生活與企業營運中,企業才能永續發展與維持競爭優勢。因此本研究推論企業綠色創新對競爭優勢有正向影響,組織文化則對企業綠色創新與競爭優勢間存在顯著影響。
本研究試討論組織文化對企業綠色創新與競爭優勢的影響因素與程度。本研究結果發現,企業綠色產品創新對競爭優勢有正向影響,員工參與的組織文化對企業綠色產品創新有正向影響,而員工參與組織文化、環境責任與協調信任的組織文化也分別對企業綠色流程創新有顯著影響。
Abstract
In recent years, environmental degradation has become one of the issues of greatest concern to all mankind, with the awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development to improve the product's environmental impact issues raised even more attention, companies must also be greened by rapidly gaining competitive advantage. In addition to green innovation enterprise environmental measures in response to environment, but employees should actively change attitudes and environmental values and behavior patterns such as organizational culture, the green corporate sustainability vision communicated to employees, and make this a green thinking, into daily life and business operations, companies can maintain their competitive advantage and sustainable development.
In the past the idea that carbon reduction, use less energy, has now evolved to grasp the thinking one step ahead of trends in the world, producing good for the environment but also create opportunities for green products, as long as companies use this concept into the corporate culture, more actively into the green commodity areas create a competitive advantage, companies not only have more chips will grab more business opportunities. However, if the enterprise is only Shun Yi environmental regulations, changes in manufacturing processes and product design, not really green company, only the green tissue culture into corporate culture, implement in their everyday lives and business operations, sustainability and entrepreneurial talent sustain competitive advantage. We hypothesized corporate green innovation has a positive influence on competitive advantage, organizational culture is the enterprise green innovation and competitive advantage exists between a significant impact.
Discuss this study organizational culture of the enterprise green innovation and competitive advantage and extent of influencing factors. The study found that corporate green product innovation has a positive impact on competitive advantage, employee participation in organizational culture of the enterprise green product innovation has a positive impact, and employees involved in organizing cultural, environmental responsibility and coordination of the organizational culture of trust were also the enterprise green process innovation has a significant impact.
