經過2008年底這一波金融低潮,體質不良的企業,自然的被環境所淘汰。續存經營的企業之所以能挺過低潮,除了有適當的經營決策以因應內外在環境的變化,更要有堅強的業務團隊來逹成經營績效。由此可見業務部門在組織中的重要性。而企業的經營績效大多以財務績效來衡量,為達成經營目標,企業愈來愈重視業務部門人員的銷售能力及對產品的專業度。業務主管的產品銷售能力在企業經營中佔了極重要的比重。
目前業務人員的人力資源管理焦點,較多放在業務人員的銷售能力訓練、人際關係建立、工作態度培養,對於業務主管的研究很大部份在人格特質、領導風格,對於產品專業能力資歷的養成,相對來說比較缺乏。
本研究旨在了解業務主管的社會網絡、管理才能、生產資歷與部門績效的相關性,分析業務主管的部門績效受哪方面的因素影響會有較佳表現,並且進一步探討具有生產資歷的業務主管在部門績效表現上與沒有生產資歷的業務主管是否有差異。
在經由對回收問卷資料進行分析後,得到以下結論:
一、 不同業務主管年資背景的業務主管對社會網絡有顯著差異
二、 不同背景業務主管對管理才能沒有顯著差異
三、 業務主管的社會網路對部門績效的沒有顯著影響
四、 業務主管的管理才能對部門績效的沒有顯著影響
五、 業務主管的生產資歷對部門績效的沒有顯著影響
Abstract
After 2008 End of the wave of financial ebb, unhealthy businesses, eliminated by the natural environment. Continue operating firms survive the depression, in addition to appropriate management decision in response to changes in the internal and external environment, should have a strong business team to access from a performance. This shows the importance of business units in your organization. Enterprise's business performance are based on financial performance is measured, in order to achieve business goals, enterprises pay more attention to business unit personnel sales skills and the professionalism of the product. Head of product sales in business accounted for a significant proportion.
Current business focus of human resource management, and more in the business of selling skills training, interpersonal relationship building, attitude training, head of research most personality traits, leadership styles, specializing in nurturing the abilities qualifications , is relatively scarce.
Director in this research aims at understanding social networks, the correlation between management skills and the qualifications and production performance, head of analysis which factors influence the performance of departments will have better performance, qualifications and further explore the production supervisor in the Department of business performance and does not produce qualified business executives on whether there is a difference.
After via the questionnaires data analysis , The following conclusions :
1, Length of head of different backgrounds have significant differences on social networks, head of business
2, the Business executives for management to be not significantly different from different backgrounds
3, the Head of social networks has no significant effect on the performance of departments
4, Head of management having no significant effect on the performance of departments
5,Head of production qualification had no significant effect on departmental performance
