本研究於恆春半島2014年4月到7月之六個時段採集10個測站之水樣,進行環境水體中防曬劑成分含量分析,利用液液萃取法(Liquid-liquid phase extraction)結合液相層析串聯式質譜儀(LC-MS/MS)分析五種防曬劑成分含量,分別為Benzophenone (BP)、2,4-Dihydroxybenzophenone (BP-1)、Oxybenzone (BP-3)、2,2′-Dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (BP-8) 及4-Methyl-benzylidene camphor (4-MBC)。
以墾丁音樂季(2014年4月3-6日)之時間前後,區分成四個採樣時段,水樣中測得BP濃度範圍在ND~10.2 ng/L;BP-3濃度範圍在ND~514.6 ng/L;4-MBC濃度範圍在ND~17.6 ng/L;BP-1濃度範圍在ND~49.2 ng/L;BP-8在各測站皆為ND,各測站總含量為ND~580.8ng/L。ND表示未檢出。
於端午節三天連假(2014年5月31日-6月2日)進行採樣工作。水樣中測得BP濃度範圍在ND~8.7 ng/L;BP-3濃度範圍在ND~2860 ng/L;4-MBC與BP-1以及BP-8在各測站皆為ND,各測站總含量為ND~2868.2 ng/L。於白砂灣測站採集24小時(2014年6月1日-2日)一共9個時段之海水樣品,其檢驗結果顯示白砂灣沿岸海域之防曬劑成分於一夜之間消散殆盡。
再針對南灣測站(2014年7月25日)以水上摩托車進行離岸多點採樣,檢驗結果顯示防曬劑成分隨著離岸距離增加而濃度遞減;並且於200公尺之離岸距離仍可測得BP和BP-3之成分殘留。由此推測防曬劑成分隨著海流從沿岸往外擴散。
Abstract
During April to July 2014, environmental water samples were collected from ten sampling sites along the coast of Hengchun peninsula to investigate the contents of five suntan agents including 2,4-Dihydroxybenzophenone(BP-1),
Benzophenone(BP), Oxybenzone(BP-3), 4-Methylbenzylidene camphor (4-MBC),
and 2,2′-Dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone(BP-8). And these suntan agents
were analyzed by Liquid-liquid phase extraction and LC-MS/MS.
In April 1st to 10 th 2014, contents of BP, BP-1, BP-3, 4-MBC and BP-8 were N.D.-10.2 ng/L, N.D.-49.2 ng/L, N.D.-514 ng/L, N.D.-17.6 ng/L and N.D.. The total concentration of suntan agents ranged between N.D. and 580.8 ng/L. N.D. means “not detected”.
In June 1st to 2nd 2014, contents of BP, BP-1, BP-3, 4-MBC and BP-8 were N.D.-8.7 ng/L, N.D., N.D.-2860 ng/L, N.D. and N.D.. The total concentration of suntan agents ranged between N.D. and 2868.2 ng/L. At the same time, seawater samples were collected in 9 time intervals during 24 hours at Baisha Bay beach. The degradation of suntan agents is rapid and obvious during 12 hours at night.
In July 25th 2014, some ocean water samples were collected at a distance of 10 to 200 meters away from South Bay beach by jet ski. And the contents of BP, BP-1, BP-3, 4-MBC and BP-8 were N.D.-71.9 ng/L, N.D., N.D.-129.6 ng/L, N.D. and N.D.. The total concentration degrade with the distance away from beach.
