備份備援軟體在西元2000年之前，並沒有那麼被重視，所以當時在推廣時，並沒那麼受歡迎，但在2001年九月的美國911攻擊事件後，造成相當大的影響，除了大家開始注重資料異地備援，更是了解資料備份及備援的重要，在2000年初隨之蓬勃發展，而在經過10幾年後的現在，在整體市場相當成熟的情況下，如何突破重圍，在這紅海的市場，做出差異化， 來抵禦後進的競爭者，絕對是經營者很重要的決策難題。

本研究將先以SWOT Analysis的方式來探討ＶＳ公司，在優勢，弱勢，機會和威脅這四個面向分析， 如何調整策略， 謀定後動， 調整腳步， 重新出發， 藉著差異化來做出不同服務及讓業績再次翻轉。

透過SWOT分析之結果，本研究希望歸納出在不同策略及作法的調整下，如何改善企業的體質並進而提昇業績。

Backup and Recovery software is not recognized before 2,000. So it’s not very popular on that time. But after 911 attacked events of 2001, that will be great impact. Besides everyone start to take care of DR site, but also the importance of data backup and cluster. In the beginning of 2000, it’s very hot topic. But now after passed 10 years, It’s very important and difficult decision how to survive in the competitive market.

This search is studied by SWOT analysis. It’s analyzed by four direction- Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat. It’s importance that how to adjust strategy, Plan, Action, Restart and make the difference. It’s the key point that how to grow up the revenue by innovative strategy.

After making the analysis by SWOT approach, our research is that we have to grow up the revenue by different strategy and action.
