胡塞爾《邏輯研究》的〈第一研究〉是讓德希達得以與胡塞爾哲學交
會的一扇大門。在此，德希達藉著胡塞爾對符號的區分，展開他的激烈批
評；記錄這些批評的著作《聲音與現象》也成為理解德希達哲學的重要依
據。對〈第一研究〉與《聲音與現象》的比較討論雖然不少，但大多偏重
一側說法，並且對另一側抱持不佳的評價，以致於可以看作是現象學方法
與解構策略交鋒的此議題，卻看不到一個較為平衡的討論。
因此本文想釐清的部分，包括有胡塞爾在〈第一研究〉中將符號區分
為表述與指號的用意、德希達批評此種區分的目的與其隱含的思想，以及
造成胡塞爾派與德希達派學者的對立，無法將兩者理論以圓融的方式結合
討論的障礙為何。
