中文摘要
本文的目的是在探討資訊與通訊科技投入對產業生產力的影響分析,有鑑於90年代生產力逆說的產生,我們針對以往實證模型上之缺點加以修正,引用一個動態要素需求模型作為分析基礎,考慮準固定要素的落後生產效果,並期完全捕捉資訊與通訊科技在生產的調整情形。另外,並針對不同變數以其個別物價指數作平減,以減低錯誤測量的情形。在變數設定方面,我們將依據Brynjolfsson and Hitt (1996)、Greenan and Mairesse (2001)等人的設定,將勞動與準固定要素劃分為一般勞動、自動化相關勞動及一般資本、自動化資本。實證結果如下:(1) 高科技產業由於產品週期較短、組織分工較為細膩,再加上員工再訓練的制度完善,因此在面對準固定要素的調整時,能以較低成本做調整。(2) 高科技產業由於使用資訊與通訊科技的層面較廣,因此在資訊與通訊科技的產出貢獻上就比傳統產業大;而自動化勞動在生產力上又比自動化資本來的高,這表示相關人員的訓練將比不斷投資自動化資本來的重要。
