本研究之目的,旨在探討資訊服務業在系統導入時專案管理特性及成效評估。藉由整合模式的架構專案之技術,任務,管理,團隊,人員和處理程序等特性探討其對專案管理暨成效分析之影響。本研究是以透過個案之主要專案主管詳實的見解訪談內容,透過個案分析對專案做實務個案之檢視與分析,藉以了解各專案影響專案成效之特性 問題及影響度,簡要說明如下:

由ALADWANI(2000)提出專案管理特性; 並針對專案特性的定義及內容做深入探討; 他認為專案管理的特性包括: 技術特性(Technology Characteristic)、任務特性(Project Characteristic)、組織特性(Organization Characteristic)、團隊特性(Porject Characteristic)、人員的特性(People Characteristic)、處理程序特性(Process Characteristic)等六項。本研究希望藉由個案研究方式; 了解影響專案成效之特性定義及特質; 更進一步探討那些特性影響專案成效較深? 那些特性影響較不深, 原因為何?

本研究採多重個案研究,從個人與專案重要關係人的深入訪談來收集資料,為了避免單一主管對專案的過度主觀; 個案都訪談企業及資訊廠商雙方主要專案主管; 針對個案問題做一客觀性描述與分析。再由資料彙整的過程中了解企業背景及專案背景下依循各專案特性導入之問題與其對專案的影響; 更進一步了解專案有了這些問題之後; 經由各專案主管及成員的處理後所呈現之專案成效。
