大部分濾波器架構都使用切換式電容的架構,切換式電容的架構因為線性電容的關係會限制整個電路的取樣速度並增加功率消耗,因此本論文提出利用切換式電流的架構來提高取樣速度跟降低功率消耗。

本論文提出一個Class-AB的電路結構設計成一個三階雙取樣低通濾波器,此電路是利用兩種雙取樣的積分器,分別利用 double sampling的技術應用在 Backward Euler and Forward Euler積分器上為Modified Backward Euler and Modified Forward Euler。此技術可以使原本的積分器的取樣率增加一倍,增加取樣率。跟其他的電路相比本電路具有較低的供應電壓、較小的功率消耗、較好的取樣速度。

本研究採用HSPICE和MATLAB等軟體來模擬此濾波電路與設計佈局的格式。其電路的供應電壓為1.8V、截止頻率為3.6MHz、取樣頻率為72MHz、功率消耗為1.303mW 。最後使用TSMC 0.35μm CMOS製程來製作晶片。

Abstract
Most discrete time filters use Switched Capacitor structures, but Switched capacitor circuits have finite sampling rate and high power consumption. In this paper we use Switched Current structure to increase sampling rate and reduce power consumption.

In this paper, we use a Class-AB structure to compose a double sampling third order low-pass filter. In this paper there are two integrator types. Modified backward Euler and modified forward Euler integrators were realized with double sampling technology from the backward Euler and forward Euler integrators. Compared with other circuits, the circuit has low power supply、low power consumption 、high sampling speed.

We employ HSPICE and MATLAB to simulate and design the circuit. We use TSMC 0.35μm process to implement this circuit. The power supply is 1.8V, the cut-off frequency is 3.6MHz, the sampling frequency is 72MHz, and the power consumption is 1.303mW.
