本研究針對恆春半島分別在2012年4月(乾季)與6月(濕季)兩段時間採集14個測站進行環境水體中烷基苯酚聚乙氧基醇含量分析。
  利用固相萃取結合液相層析串聯式質譜儀分析水體中烷基苯酚聚乙氧基醇含量,移動相使用甲醇跟去離子水做梯度沖堤,壬基苯酚聚乙氧基醇與辛基苯酚聚乙氧基醇回收率分別為68%~94%與65%~93%,偵測極限分別為1.89~54.20 ng/L與0.44~39.31 ng/L,定量極限分別為6.29~181 ng/L與1.48~131 ng/L。
  四重溪NPEO含量為15.64~36.29 μg/L,OPEO含量為3.14~7.37 μg/L,保力溪NPEO含量為16.65~76.41 μg/L,OPEO含量為5.66~18.80 μg/L,後灣大排NPEO含量為34.79~66.72 μg/L,OPEO含量為7.77~19.03 μg/L,石牛溪NPEO含量為26.67 μg/L,OPEO含量為6.68 μg/L,恆春海岸萬里桐、白砂、後壁湖、南灣、凱撒、香蕉灣NPEO含量為14.17~48.82 μg/L,OPEO含量為3.88~14.79 μg/L。乾季濃度含量比濕季高,壬基苯酚聚乙氧基醇總含量高於辛基苯酚聚乙氧基醇總含量。
Abstract
In April and June 2012, environmental water samples were collected from fourteen sampling sites in Hengchun peninsula to investigate the contents of alkylphenol polyethoxylates.
A solid phase extraction combined with LC-MS/MS method for the analysis of alkylphenol polyethoxylates in environmental waters was developed in this study. The mobile phase used methanol gradient elution with deionized water. The recovery of nonylphenol polyethoxylate and octylphenol polyethoxylate were 68~94 % and 65~93 %, limit of detection were 1.89~54.20 ng/L and 0.44~39.31 ng/L, limit of quantitative were 6.29~181 ng/L and 1.48~131 ng/L.
The SsuChung river contents of NPEO and OPEO were 15.64~36.29 μg/L and 3.14~7.37 μg/L. The Paoli river contents of NPEO and OPEO were 16.65~76.41 μg/L and 5.66~18.80 μg/L. The Hou Bay contents of NPEO and OPEO were 34.79~66.72 μg/L and 7.77~19.03 μg/L. The Shihniou river contents of NPEO and OPEO were 26.67 μg/L and 6.68 μg/L. The Wanli Tong, Baisha, Houbi Lake, South Bay, Caesar and Siangjiao Bay contents of NPEO and OPEO were 14.17~48.82 μg/L and 3.88~14.79 μg/L. The dry season concentration contents of alkylphenol polyethoxylates were high than the wet season. The concentration of nonylphenol polyethoxylate was higher than that of octylphenol polyehtoxylate.
