電弧焊接法是一個發展已久的焊接技術,對於電弧焊接的各項研究也已相當完備。然而這些研究多集中在焊接相同材質的金屬上, 對於相異材質的金屬焊接卻很少研究。而同質材料的焊接多集中於金屬材質的焊接研究,對於具有不同厚度的金屬板材的焊接卻著墨不多。有鑒於此,本文將以有限元素法來探討同質金屬焊接和異質金屬焊接的差異性。
文中將以304 stainless steel作為同質金屬焊接的薄型板材;以304 stainless steel和copper oxide為異質金屬焊接的薄型板材,氧化鋁為焊接異質板材的焊料來做數值模擬。由於焊接板材為規則的立體模型,為了減少電腦龐大的運算量,乃簡化其三維模型為二維模型,以非線性熱-結構耦合的瞬態分析來模擬焊接時的真實情況。模擬結果將比較在不同厚度下,同質焊接和異質焊接的板材因熱應力作用所產生的殘留應力變化。
Abstract
Arc metal welding is a long established technique, which has been applied in a lot of research. However most of the research mainly focus on welding the same material instead of welding dissimilar materials. To be specific, they made more efforts on the non-reversible chemical change, phase transform, heat transfer than on the thickness effects of the welding materials. To remedy the research, the present study focused on the thickness effect of the welding of same materials and the welding of dissimilar materials.
In this study, 304 stainless steel were used as the welding plate for the same metal welding simulation. In the dissimilar metal welding simulation, 304 stainless steel and copper oxide were used as the welding plate. By using aluminum oxide as the welding bead, the researcher simplified a regular three dimensional shape of the welding plate into a two dimensional one.
The researcher applied the non-linear thermal-structure to do a transient analysis. Finally, he compared the residual stresses of same metal welding and dissimilar metal welding under different thickness plates.
