論文摘要:
本研究是希望藉由了解在ISP產業所面臨的激烈競爭的環境中所面臨的存活問題。而組織創新現已經成為企業想要存活的關鍵因素與未來,因此,組織創新就成為本研究的重點。此外,由於團隊的觀念運用已成為組織所倚賴解決問題的運作方式,因此,團隊氣氛也成為本研究的重心之一。而組織結構則是為組織安排其運作方式的準則、決定了公司的活動型態。
因此,本研究正是以組織結構、團隊氣氛與組織創新為研究重點,探討其之間的關聯性。
