中文摘要
多年來,由於並排式車輛自動變速器的設計理論與方法繁複且缺乏效率,目前行星齒輪式車輛自動變速器的檔位設計方法以二排與三排(四至六速)為主,因此多速並排式車輛自動變速器設計方法的電腦化是重要的研究議題。發展適合電腦化的設計方法是克服演算法則存在之難題的有效解決之道。本文之主要研究目的即在於完善多速並排式車輛自動變速器的設計理論,並使設計程序能以電腦程式以交談式的方式自動完成車輛自動變速器的完整機構圖集,內容包括多速並排式車輛自動變速器的電腦軟體測試、精進完善與實例應用。本文之研究成果具有學術創新性與實務價值,包括:完善行星齒輪變速機構的設計理論與方法,並發展一套商用電腦軟體及提出具創新性與實務應用價值的六速與八速並排式車輛自動變速器,本文之研究成果亦可提昇車輛自動變速器產業界的設計能力。
Abstract
Most design processes nowadays of eight-speed and ten-speed parallel-connected epicyclic gear automatic transmissions are very complicated and tedious, so the purpose of this research is to present a simple design methodology to computerize the design process of multi-speed parallel-connected epicyclic-type gear automatic transmissions for automobiles. This research focuses on testing and refining the developed computer software by using the design of six-speed and eight-speed parallel-connected epicyclic-type gear automatic transmissions. An atlas of patented-potential six- speed and eight-speed parallel-connected epicyclic-type gear automatic transmissions is being presented. The result of this research provides a practical methodology in the domestic industry.
