This study has collected the data from Taiwanese hospitality industries and participants are from multiple sources, whereas three supervisors and six to ten employees in each hotel. Hierarchical linear modeling results using 296 employees and 19 organizational, only CEOs’ intellectual stimulation was significantly positively related to individual innovative behavior. Organizational support for innovation was positively related to individual innovative behavior. But, transformational leadership three dimensions has no significant relation with organizational support for innovation. Thus, the mediating effect has failed in this study.
