摘要
約翰‧沃爾夫岡‧馮‧歌德（Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, 1749- 1832）為德國著名的文學藝術家，他所創作的文字，被作曲家們所應用譜寫成藝術歌曲的例子，不計其數；對十九世紀德文藝術歌曲之發展，有著深遠的影響。

本詮釋報告主要是研究探討歌德的文字作品《西東詩集》(West- östlicher Divan) 中之第八章〈蘇萊卡之書〉（Buch Suleika）與女主人翁蘇萊卡相關的部分內容，分別為〈蘇萊卡：這悸動意味著什麼？〉(Suleika: Was bedeutet die Bewegung?)，以及〈蘇萊卡：啊！因為你的濕潤羽翼〉(Suleikas zweiter Gesang : Ach, um deine feuchten Schwingen)兩首詩作。在音樂方面，則以舒伯特（Franz Schubert, 1797- 1828）與孟德爾頌（Felix Mendelssohn- Bartholdy, 1809- 1847）兩位十九世紀作曲家的德文藝術歌曲作品為例，介紹這兩位作曲家以相同的文字素材所創作出之不同的音樂作品，從演唱者的角度，加以分析及比較兩位作曲家在文字與音樂間處理手法之異同。

Abstract

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe （1749- 1832）was a renowned German writer. His literary work was set to music by many composers in lieder. His influence was significant in development of lieder Repertoire in 19th century.

This lecture recital report expounds Goethe’s literary work《West- östlicher Divan》Chapter Eight 〈Buch Suleika〉, regarding to main female role Suleika. The poems are〈Suleika: Was bedeutet die Bewegung?〉and〈Suleikas zweiter Gesang : Ach, um deine feuchten Schwingen〉. In addition, a comparison between two German lieder composers Franz Schubert （1797- 1828） and Felix Mendelssohn- Bartholdy’s （1809- 1847）works is in discussion on music aspect. Next, Introduce the different types of music they have made with identical words materials from singer perspective. At last, analyze their works through singing process and experience.
