歐美國家在2008年雷曼事件發生的之後採取大膽的金融寬鬆措施，日本卻固守相對保守的貨幣政策，導致日圓幣值高漲。日本安倍首相執政後，推出大幅度的金融寬鬆措施，使日圓匯價在2013年創下34年來最大貶值幅度。
台灣工具機業在國際市場與日本業者是競爭對手，另外台灣汽車業重要零件如引擎多自日本進口。這兩個產業可能是受日幣匯率影響最大的產業。
本論文試圖探討2006年至2014年的日幣匯率大幅波動期間對台灣工具機及汽車產業的銷售、價格、成本、及利潤的影響。

Europe and the United States to take in 2008 after the Lehman brother event bold monetary easing measures , but stick to the relatively conservative Japanese monetary policy, leading to rising Yen currency . After Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe took office, launched a substantial monetary easing measures to make the Yen hit a 34-year maximum depreciation in 2013 .
Taiwan's machine tool industry in the international market with the Japanese industry competitors , in addition to Taiwan's auto industry more important parts such as engines imported from Japan . These two industries may be the most influential Japanese Yen exchange rate .
This paper attempts to investigate the effects of fluctuations in the period 2006 to 2014 the exchange rate of the Japanese Yen sales to Taiwan machine tool and automotive industries , prices, costs , and profits.
